An individual may be initially evaluated in the Minimal, Moderate, Significant, or High Risk Category based on previous driving records, drinking patterns, and psychological factors.
Our staff is well trained in these areas. Based on our Assessment/Evaluation and court recommendations, the staff of DACC will place you in the correct level of care.
What to Expect
A date to appear in front of a judge is scheduled.
The court orders you to complete a drug/alcohol assessment, education classes, or treatment.
IT IS YOUR CHOICE to be proactive and choose your own DASA Licensed Evaluator* and treatment provider for your drug/alcohol assessment and treatment; or wait for your 1st court hearing and the judicial system will make that decision for you.
We would need you to bring any tickets issued, Notice of Summary Suspension and your Driver's Abstract from Secretary of State (DMV).
Evaluations take approximately 60-90 minutes.
You will receive a copy of your Evaluation within 1-2 business days with the appropriate recommended treatment level. You will receive (2) copies of your Evaluation at no additional charge.Present your Evaluation and treatment recommendation to your judge.
